What is the Self-Love Initiation?

It's not about bubble baths and affirmations (although there's nothing wrong with those). It's about understanding why you do what you do, where your patterns actually come from, and how to slowly, steadily stop working against yourself.

Using Hawkins' scale of consciousness, we look at why love feels so far away for so many of us, and what emotional states we move through on the way back to it. This chapter changed how I saw my own healing journey.
04. Self-Sabotage
Why do you keep getting in your own way? This chapter goes beneath the surface, past willpower and discipline, to show you that self-sabotage is not a flaw. It's a protection mechanism. And it can be rewired.
05. Negative Self-Talk
That voice inside your head that calls you not enough? It was never yours. In this chapter, we trace where it came from, how to recognize it in real time, and how to begin replacing it with something true.
06. Self-Judgment
The quiet cruelty we direct at ourselves every day. We look at where judgment comes from, the difference between judgment and discernment, and how to call a truce with the parts of you that have been carrying shame.
07. Fear of Other People's Opinions
Here's the thing nobody tells you: the voice you're afraid of isn't them. It's you. This chapter is a relief. It puts the power back where it belongs... with you.
08. Boundaries as an Act of Self-Love
Setting boundaries isn't aggression. It's self-respect. In this chapter, I share how I learned to set them from real, uncomfortable, and necessary practice.
09. How to Be Honest with Yourself
The promises you keep to yourself are the foundation of self-trust. This chapter is about building that trust back, one small choice at a time.
10. Authenticity
The kind that requires you to stop performing and actually let people meet you. This one takes courage. This chapter helps you find it.
11. Finding Meaning + Your Relationship to the Divine
Self-love and spirituality are not separate. When you begin to understand that your life has purpose (even if you can't name it yet), the way you treat yourself starts to change.
12. Parts Work: A Practical Exercise
Based on IFS and Teal Swan's teachings, this exercise helps you meet the different parts of yourself. Not to fix them, but to listen to them. This is where real integration happens.

Why I created this
I created this course while working a full-time job, at the end of long days, because I could not NOT write it.
And it's not because I had everything figured out... But because I'd come far enough to look back and see the path, and I wanted to give someone a map I didn't have when I needed it most.
I spent years in a relationship with someone who reflected my deepest wounds back to me. I lost myself completely. And then I found my way back, not to the person I was before, but to someone who feels more like myself, someone who's a whole lot freer and way less preoccupied with what others think of her.
This course is the distillation of everything I learned in that process. It's deeply personal. It's honest. It doesn't pretend the work is easy. But it does promise you this: you are not broken. You are not too much or not enough. You are someone who was never taught how to be on your own side.
